MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 22, 2009 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />June, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Pat Kelly <br />Mr. 'Trevor Oliver <br />Mr. Bob Kirmes <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-6-134 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 70, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PUll Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the request of <br />AMENDMENT - 'Temo Sunrooms for a PUD Amendment to allow the expansion of the <br />2905 COUNTRY existing trash enclosure/accessory building on their property at 2905 <br />DRIVE - Country Drive. Blesener noted that Mr. Bob Maietta modified his <br />TEMO original proposal to add a trash enclosure to the building. He is now <br />SUNROOMS proposing an addition to the existing trash enclosure/accessory building. <br />Blesener noted that the City Planner and Plamring Commission have <br />recommended approval of the PUD Amendment, subject to conditions. <br />The City Planner reviewed the history of the property, noting that the <br />original trash enclosure is being used by Temo Sunrooms for materials <br />
