Mullaney reporCed that the trailers are in addition
CENTERVILLE to those parked at the loading docks. The trailers are moved around
ROAD the site as well as in and out of the property as they come and go from job
sites (retail outlets around the country).
Knudsen asked about the number ofsemi-trailers. Mullaney replied that
eight is the maximum that they are requesting and the most that works on
the site. The City Planner agreed that eight is the most that will work on
this site without interfering with site circulation. He noted that these eight
are in addition to the trailers parked at loading docks. The Code allows a
trailer at a loading dock without the need for a CUP.
