1- <br />The Lino Lakes Flenning and Zoning Board meeting of February 19, 1969, was called to order <br />by Chairman Rehbein at 8:10 p.m. with all members present except Stanley. <br />The minutes of the January meeting were approved es read. <br />The first order of business ores to elect a oheirsnan and a vice-chairman. Mr. Kelling moved <br />to nominate John McLean, seconded by Mr. I usnik. There being no further nominations the <br />motion carried. Mr. Husnik moved to nominate Arnold Kelling as vice - chairman, seconded by <br />Mr, McLean. There being no further nominations the motion carried, <br />It was agreed that Mr. Rehbein wculd wntinue to chair the present meeting. <br />Mr. John DeVine appeared to ask for a permit to move in a trailer house for a temporary <br />residence while a house on Ash Street is being fixed up for a permanent residence. He <br />was told to get a 906-day permit from Al Dupre. <br />A letter was presented from El Rehbein & Son requesting a variance on three pieces of prop- <br />erty adjoining the land purchased from Ernest Ludwig, The property lines were not surveyed . <br />properly in the past and some of the buildings on the former Ernest Ludwig lend were actually <br />on the lend of Arthur Shipman and Elsie Wenzel Mr. Rehbein had purchased lend from these <br />people to correct the situation end needed variances for three deeds, There would be no <br />addition.l buildings on these three parcels„ Mr. Rehbein requested that there be no service <br />charge for they are correcting a situation and not benefiting financially, <br />Mr. Kelling moved to recommend to the Council the granting of three variances to El Rehbein <br />Son Inc., on the property having the following legal descriptions: and S <br />PARCEL 1. That part of Lot 10, Auditor's Sub, No, 151, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />described as follorre: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 10; <br />thence southerly on the easterly line of said Lot 10, a distance of 10 feet <br />thence northwesterly to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 10; thence east- <br />erly to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL 2„ The northerly 218 feet of the westerly 14 feet of Government Lot No. <br />3 Section Twenty (20), Township Thirty -one (31), Range Twenty-two (22), Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />PARCEL 3. The northerly 2 feet of that part of Lot 27, Auditor's Sub, No. <br />151, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the tract of land owned by <br />Arthur Rehbein and described in Book 682, Page 353, and filed in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds in and for said county. <br />Seconded by Mr, Brovold. Carried. It was deoided to leave the matter of the service charge <br />up to the Council, <br />Mrs. Vivian Rehbein requested two variances for two lots of one acre each, on her property <br />on Ware Road. Each lot would have one house built on it in the future. <br />Mr. Husnik moved to recommend to the Council the granting of 2 variances to Mrs. Vivian <br />Rehbein on two lots having the following legal descriptions: <br />PARCEL 1, South 150 feet of the North 450 feet of the East 3234+0 feet of the <br />North 661.5 feet of Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4, Section 31, Township 31, <br />Range 22, subject to the rights of the public in Ware Road, <br />PARCEL 2. South 150 feet of the North 300 feet of the Eaat :z 3 .40 feet ofthe <br />North 661.5 feet of Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 Section 31, Township 31 <br />Range 22, subject to the rights of the public in Were Road. <br />40 Seconded by Mr. McLean.
