MINUTES <br /> LINO LAKES HOME RULE CHARTER COMMISSION <br /> April 28, 1993 <br /> LINO LAKES CITY HALL r . <br /> Call to Order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Charter Commission members present were Sally Kuether, Pat Smith, David <br /> Storberg, Robert Doocy, Beverly Landers, Matthew Blaylock, William Houle, <br /> Joyce Scharpen, Rolf Iverson, Bill Bohjanen, and Al Ross <br /> Members of the Economic Advisory Board present were Brian Wessel, Don <br /> Gorowsky, and John Bergeson. <br /> Also present were City Administrator Randy Schumacher and City Engineer <br /> Darryl Schneider. <br /> Old Business <br /> A discussion of the relationship between the City Charter and the process <br /> of economic development with the city was continued from the last <br /> meeting. <br /> Brian Wessel presented an idea for applying section 429 to "specific" areas <br /> of the city. <br /> The idea was discussed among those present. A letter to the Commission <br /> from Ina Liljedahl was read. <br /> The following actions were recommended for input at the next meeting: <br /> 1. Obtain input on Brian Wessel's idea from City Bond Attorney <br /> and another (pro charter) attorney. <br />
