June 8, 1981 <br />LaROCQUE VARIANCE <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to reconsider a montion made at the May 26, 1981 <br />meeting considering the lot split for Mr. LaRocque. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. <br />Mr. Locher said the change that is necessitated is the words "removing <br />Lot 7" being deleted. <br />13 <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to delete the words "removing Lot 7 ". Seconded by <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Sarner, Clerk - Treasurer <br />June 22, 1981 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at <br />7:30 P.M., June 22, 1981, by Mayor Gourley. Council members present; <br />Elsenpeter, Kulaszewicz, McLean. Absent; Jaworski. Mr. Locher and Mr. <br />Schumacher were also present. <br />MINUTES <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of June 8, 1981 as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter questioned the isbursement to Circle Pines. Mr. Schumacher <br />explained that this is a reimbursement for H8W Insurance, since this City <br />is in the process of changing insurance carriers, Mr. Zerwas will be cover- <br />ed by his former insurance until July 1, 1981. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the Disbursements as presentd. Seconded <br />by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Mr. 011ila had called and asked to be scheduled under this portion of the <br />meeting, but he was not present. <br />AMENDMENTS TO LAND USE CHAPTER OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - MR. BILL SHORT <br />Mr. Short explained that this is a result of a meeting with the Metropolitan <br />Council. These amendments must be presented to the Metropolitan Staff <br />by July 1, 1981. <br />There are four areas to be amended; 1 ) Land Use Plan; 2) Revising Density <br />in particular areas; 3) minimum livability of each lot that has an on -site <br />system; 4) Adoption of an interium ordinance to control development in the <br />City during the time it is necessary to get the Comprehensive Plan in <br />
