Council Meeting <br />January 24, 1983 <br />facility proposed for Blaine. Several other agencies have already passed such <br />Resolutions. This is for future consideration. <br />IMayor Benson noted the Fire Study Committee will be meeting on January 27, 1983 <br />at 7:00 P.M. at the Lexington City Hall. All persons are invited. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Mayor Benson asked if there had been any information on the interceptor and none <br />had been received in the office. <br />Mayor Benson asked if a meeting had been scheduled with Mr. Weible and the Clerk <br />reported that it had been set for this Friday. <br />Mayor Benson requested that the meeting with Mr. Paul Howard be rescheduled. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to adjourn at 9:00 P.M. Mr. Hawkins, Mr. <br />Schumacher, Mr. Davidson and Mrs. Sarner were also present. <br />MINUTES - JANUARY 24, 1983 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mrs. <br />Elsenpeter. Motion carried with Mr. Kulaszewicz abstaining. <br />DISBURSEMENTS - JANUARY 31, 1983 <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to approve the disbursements as presented. Seconded <br />by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Disbursements - February 14, 1983 - Mr. Marier had several questions, <br />which were answered. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the disbursements <br />as presented. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Mr. Harvey Karth had requested to appear and update the Council on the <br />actions of the Citizen's Advisory Committee to the Minnesota Correctional <br />Facility. Mr. Karth outlined the responsibilities and actions of this <br />committee. <br />Mr. Karth was thanked for his time and information. <br />
