Mr. Reinert felt that there should <br />be some reimbursement for the wear and tear on City streets created <br />by the existence of this facility. Perhaps the City should contact <br />the legislators. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Mayor Benson presented the order by the Governor that all State vebicles <br />use Gasahol and requested support in this effort from the local <br />communities. <br />Mayor Benson had received a copy of the amendment for the installation <br />of the interceptor to the Lino Lakes border noting that this has been <br />approved by the Metro Council. Mr. Schumacher had also received a <br />copy. A copy will be made for each Council member. <br />Mayor Benson noted that he had received a Certified letter from Mr. <br />Spetzman in reference to the new zoning map as proposed by the Task <br />Force. All Council members had received the same letter. <br />The Clerk was instructed to write to Mr. Spetzman informing him of <br />the Public Hearing on April 19, 1983. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn at 9:15 P.M. Absent: Elsenpeter and Benson. <br />Mr. Schumacher was also absent. Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Kluegel, Mr. Volk <br />and Mrs. Sarner were present. <br />MINUTES - April 11, 1983 <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS - April 25, 1983 <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the disbursements as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Reinert. <br />
