Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Schumacher, Chief Myhre, Mr. Davidson and <br />Mr. Kluegel were also present. Mrs. Sarner was absent. <br />OFFICER OF THE YEAR <br />Chief Myhre presented the "Officer of the Year" award to J. David <br />Zerwas no±ing his many accomplishments during the year. Mayor Benson <br />added.: his thoughts and Thanks on behalf of the Council. <br />MINUTES, APRIL 19, 1983 <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the minutes of April 19, 1983 as pre- <br />sented. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimusly. <br />MINUTES, APRIL 25, 1983 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes of April 25, 1983 as pre- <br />sented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS, APRIL 29, 1983 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the disbursements of May 9, 1983 as pre- <br />sented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Mr. Phillip Osheim appeared before the Council to present a problem <br />he has concerning septic systems located adjacent to and on his pro - <br />prety. These systems are the ones that serve the Teen Houses. Mr. <br />Osheim is concerned with the possibility of pollution of the area to <br />include the lake. He said in wet weather there is an odor and he <br />wondered if the systems are operating properly. Mr. Osheim requested <br />the City to inspect these systems. <br />
