40 <br />May 17, 1983 <br />Board of Review <br />Mr. Nadeau asked about a private appraisal and there was some <br />discussion on this. <br />Mr. Marier asked when Mr. Nadeau would be available for a meeting? <br />After some discussion, it was decided to meet on May 18, 1983 at <br />11:00 A.M. This matter will be discussed here at the office and <br />then they will inspect the land. Mr. Marier will report back to <br />the Council on May 23, 1983. <br />Mr. Harold Hansen - 6420 Otter Lake Road - Mr. Marlin Hansen asked <br />if gave a PIN can a parcel number be found and Mrs. Roisum said, Yes. <br />(Mr. Hansen talked to the Council - Mr. Marlin Hansen talked to Mrs. <br />Roisum and nothing could be understood from the tapes). <br />Mr. Roger Danielson, 7811 Knoll Drive, had some questions on his <br />taxes and he asked how they were computed. Mrs. Roisum checked the <br />field card and agreed to revalue this home dropping it from Class 5 <br />to Class 6. This would bring the value in line with the other <br />existing homes in the area. <br />Mr. Marier had received property valuation cards for lands that he <br />felt did not belong to him. He discussed this with Mrs. Roisum. Mrs. <br />Roisum checked the field on this property and said she would check <br />inot this matter further. and report back to Mr. Marier. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Roisum presented the forms for Council signature indicating that <br />the assessment had been reviewed and approved. <br />These minutes were considered and approved at a regular Council <br />meeting held on June 13, 1983. <br />Edna L.
