40 May 17, 1983 Board of Review Mr. Nadeau asked about a private appraisal and there was some discussion on this. Mr. Marier asked when Mr. Nadeau would be available for a meeting? After some discussion, it was decided to meet on May 18, 1983 at 11:00 A.M. This matter will be discussed here at the office and then they will inspect the land. Mr. Marier will report back to the Council on May 23, 1983. Mr. Harold Hansen - 6420 Otter Lake Road - Mr. Marlin Hansen asked if gave a PIN can a parcel number be found and Mrs. Roisum said, Yes. (Mr. Hansen talked to the Council - Mr. Marlin Hansen talked to Mrs. Roisum and nothing could be understood from the tapes). Mr. Roger Danielson, 7811 Knoll Drive, had some questions on his taxes and he asked how they were computed. Mrs. Roisum checked the field card and agreed to revalue this home dropping it from Class 5 to Class 6. This would bring the value in line with the other existing homes in the area. Mr. Marier had received property valuation cards for lands that he felt did not belong to him. He discussed this with Mrs. Roisum. Mrs. Roisum checked the field on this property and said she would check inot this matter further. and report back to Mr. Marier. Mr. Reinert moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Roisum presented the forms for Council signature indicating that the assessment had been reviewed and approved. These minutes were considered and approved at a regular Council meeting held on June 13, 1983. Edna L.
