55 <br />Council Meeting <br />June 13, 1983 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes. City Council was called to order at <br />7:12 P.M., June 13, 1983 by Mayor Benson with all Council Members present. <br />Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Davidson, Mr. Schumacher, Mr. Kluegel and Mrs. Sarner <br />were also present. <br />MINUTES <br />May 17, 1983 - Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />May 17, 1983 - Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to approve the minutes as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried with Mayor Benson and Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz abstaining. <br />May 23, 1983 - Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />May 24, 1983 - Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DIBURSEMENTS <br />May 31, 1983 - Mr. Marier moved toapprove the disbursements as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />June 13, 1983 - Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the disbursements <br />as presented. Seconded by Mr. Marier. <br />Mr. Marier had a question on American Fastner which Mr. Schumacher <br />answered. Mayor Benson questioned the uniform allowance to Mr. Thornhill <br />- is there any refund of the amount? Mr. Schumacher explained this is <br />part of the Union Contract. Mayor Benson asked about the Animal Control <br />and Mr. Schumacher said it is working fine. <br />Motion to approve carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Mr. Arnold Kirchgatter of 6965 Lakeview Avenue appeared before the <br />Council to object to a letter from Mr. Kluegel tellin him he could not <br />park his truck at his home. He said thisis his means of transprotation <br />to work. When asked if he had a pick -up he said, no, he had a tractor. <br />Mr. Marier asked if he brought the trailer home and he said, No. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter suggested the Council take a look at this restriction <br />and consider allowing residents to drive their tractors home. <br />Mr. Reinert asked what is the reasoning behind this requirement and Mr. <br />Kluegel said it is part of the ordinance. <br />Mr. Reinert requested Mr. Kluegel to research thisfor the reasoning <br />behind this restriction. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to put this matter on the agenda for June 27, <br />1983, tohave a copy of the new zoning ordinance and Mr. Kluegel's <br />report. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
