Special Meeting <br />April 19, 1983 <br />concerns, will be notified by mail of the meeting date. <br />101 <br />IMr. Jorgenson asked, if the rezoning of commercial to residential, which <br />would lower the value of the land, what would happen if a property owner <br />filed an injunction against the City - would this halt the proceedings <br />on this? <br />Mayor Benson said he couldn't answer that question - this would have to <br />be handled as it occured. Mayor Benson also pointed out that the Metro <br />Council has also given some guidelines that must be followed or the City <br />must obtain permission for the deviations. <br />Mr. Jorgenson asked if the City would reimburse the property owners for <br />the devaluation of the property by the down zoning? Mayor Benson said he <br />did not have an answer. <br />Mr. Marier moved to continue this hearing. Seconded by MR. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried unanimosuly. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn. Sarner, City Clerk <br />Council meeting <br />Ben j a <br />Council Meeting <br />September 12, 1983 <br />, Mayor <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at <br />7:00 P.M., September 12, 1983, by Mayor Benson with all members present <br />with the exception of Mr. Marier. Mr. Burke, substituting for Mr. Hawkins, <br />Mr. Schumacher, Mr. Wetzler of TKDA, Mr. Kluegel and Mrs. Sarner were <br />also preent. <br />MINUTES - AUGUST 22. 1983 <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the minutes of August 22, 1983 as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS AUGUST 31, 1983/ SEPTEMBER 12, 1983 <br />IMr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the disbursements as presented. Seconded <br />by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CENTENNIAL SUMMER RECREATION REPORT <br />Mr. Cliff Holman and Mr. John O'Brian presented the report covering the <br />programs and the children involved in the Summer Recreation Program as <br />
