Special Meeting April 19, 1983 concerns, will be notified by mail of the meeting date. 101 IMr. Jorgenson asked, if the rezoning of commercial to residential, which would lower the value of the land, what would happen if a property owner filed an injunction against the City - would this halt the proceedings on this? Mayor Benson said he couldn't answer that question - this would have to be handled as it occured. Mayor Benson also pointed out that the Metro Council has also given some guidelines that must be followed or the City must obtain permission for the deviations. Mr. Jorgenson asked if the City would reimburse the property owners for the devaluation of the property by the down zoning? Mayor Benson said he did not have an answer.
