Sarner, City Clerk <br />enjam <br />enson, Mayor <br />Council Meeting <br />June 11, 1984 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />June 11, 1984 at 7:10 P.M., by Mayor Benson with all members present. <br />Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Davison, Mr. Schumacher, Chief Myhre, Mr. Kluegel <br />and Mrs. Sarner, were also present. <br />Mayor Benson asked Mr. Hawkins to conduct the swearing in of the new <br />Charter Commission members. Mr. Hawkins administered the Oath of Office <br />to Mrs. Jan Apitz, Mr. Robert Rud, Mr. John Benson and Mr. David Storberg. <br />Mayor Benson made note of the fact that a lot of volunteers are needed <br />to assist in the running of the City and this is appreciated by the <br />Council. <br />MINUTES - MAY 29, 1984 <br />Mr. Marier corrected the minutes - on page seven, paragraph 11, Mr. <br />Marier also voted, no, on Mr. Kohl's Conditional Use Permit. <br />Mayor Benson noted that an item that was discussed was that each officer <br />should replace all materials used from a squad car before he completes <br />his shift. <br />Mayor Benson corrected paragraph seven, page seven, should read "a car <br />should only remain in a non - repair state for one week . . . " <br />Mayor Benson asked if Mr. Kohl's current residence had been checked and <br />Chief Myhre said, No, not yet. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS - May 31, 1984 /June 11, 1984 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the disbursements of May 31, 1984 as pre- <br />sented. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
