January 28, 1980 <br />to the program, offer that orginazation the use of any of the City Parks <br />and stipulate that, in the future, if contributions are expected from this <br />City, the request must be made in the summer months before budget hearings <br />begin. Mr. Schumacher suggested the deadline be July 1, of each year. <br />Mr. McLean added that nay other school district's request be considered <br />in this same manner. The motion was seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Gourley corrected the date of the public hearing on the W &G Rehbein <br />plat from February 22 to February 25, 1980. There is also a Ways and <br />Means Committee meeting set for Thursday, February 15, 1980 to discuss <br />the utility construction in Lakes Add. #2 &3. This meeting will be held <br />in the A,M. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />February 11, 1980 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at <br />7:30 P.M., on February 11, 1980, by Mayor Gourley, Council members <br />present; Elsenpeter, Jaworski, Kulaszewicz, McLean. Absent; None. Mr. <br />Locher and Mr. Schumacher were also present. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of January 28, 1980 as <br />corrected. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. <br />The disbursements were considered. Mayor Gourley questioned a bill <br />from Sell Publishing - is this from last year? This could have been <br />form both. Mr. McLean questioned the check for Mr. Mobley - does this <br />finaliz the City obligations? The $450.00 to the Minneapolis Tribune - <br />this is for a used typewriter - IBM Selectric II. This will be for Mrs. <br />Anderson rather than the Police Department. The replacement of the door <br />at Sunrise was explained. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz felt that Mr. Mobley's resignation had been accepted <br />effective January 1, 1980. Therer was discussion on the time that Mr. <br />Mobley remained until the new building inspector was on duty - from the <br />1st of January until the 21st and the method by which he would be re- <br />imbursed for that time. The check for Mr. Mobley is to be held until <br />this matter is checked. If no permits from the month of January are <br />included in this check, the Council agreed there was no problem in <br />issuing the check as is. <br />Mr. Jaworski questioned the expense of Mr. Mobley attending court on <br />some cases that have not been cleared - there was a general feeling this <br />is part of the payment received. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve the disbursements, withholding Mr. Mobely's <br />check until this has been cleared. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion <br />declared passed. <br />1 <br />
