February 25, 1981 <br />There was comments from the audience suggesting several alternatives. Mr. Carley <br />answered the questions and comments. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved that this matter be considered on the March 9, 1981 agenda <br />at 7:45 P.M. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />F.Kenneth Gourley, Mayor <br />March 9, 1981 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 7:30 P.M., <br />March 9, 1981, by Mayor Gourley with all members present except Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Mr. Locher, Mr. Meister, and Mr. Schumacher were also present. <br />On considering the minutes of February 23, 1981, Mr. Jaworski moved to approve, sec- <br />onded by Mr. McLean. Mayor Gourley corrected the minutes as follows: on page two, <br />in the Northwestern Bell discussion, the Council also discussed the possibility of <br />either increasing the lot size to a conforming sewered lot configuration or decreasing <br />it to a size that is just big enough to allow for the proper setbacks; on the Ostrom <br />grant - is that a correct statement on the action of the Planning and Zoning that <br />they recommended on a 4 to 1 vote that the Council amend Ord. #56? The general consen- <br />sus of the Council members was that this is a correct statement; In the Public Hearing <br />on the Schilling rezoning for Wollans Estates it should be noted that the Chair asked <br />for comments from the audience and there were none. Mayor Gourley asked the maker of <br />the motion and the one who seconded the motion to include the corrections and they <br />accepted the additions. Motion carried unanimousl} <br />On considering the February 25, 1981 minutes, Mr. McLean moved to approve as presented. <br />Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried with Mr. Jaworski abstaining. <br />On considering the disbursements, Mayor Gourley questioned the expenditure of $150.00 <br />from dedicated park funds for sandblasting - Mr. Schumacher explained this is for <br />the work done on the buried tank that is being converted into a water tank and this <br />is the park departments share of the costs. This was taken from dedicated funds <br />since no provisions had been made in the budget for this work; there was a question <br />on an escrow amount being returned - Mr. Schumacher explained this had been for the <br />
