1 <br />27 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 81 -5 <br />RESOLUTION REVIEWING AND ACCEPTING THE EINVOIRNEMTAL RESOURCES <br />SUPPLEMENT TO THE DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE ICTY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City of Lino Lakes was in receipt of a letter from <br />the Metropolitan Council requesting additional information <br />for its Comprehensive Plan , and <br />The City Planner has prepared an additional supplement <br />dealing with Enviornmental Resources Inventory and <br />Policies, and <br />The Lino Lakes City Council has reviewed this suppplement <br />and have made additional amendments, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That the Lino Lakes City Council has reviewed and <br />accepted the Enviornmental Supplement to the <br />Comprehensive Plan, <br />2. That the Lino Lakes Planning Commission has reviewed <br />and approved the Enviornmental Supplement, <br />3. That the Lino Lakes City Council requests the <br />Metropolitan Council to terminate suspension on <br />the review of the Comprehensive Plan, <br />4. That the Enviornmental Resources Supplement fulfills <br />the requirements of the Land Use Planning Act. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of <br />March, 1981. <br />F. Council members present; <br />Kulaszewicz, Jaworski, Absent; McLean. Mayor Gourley will be late but <br />had requested that the meeting begin. <br />INPUT FOR SENATOR DAHL CONCERNING INCREASE OF FUEL TAXES <br />Mr. Schumacher had made a copy of a letter from Senator Dahl concerning <br />the proposed increase in gas tax. This tax has never been increased <br />two legislative sessions in a row. He is requesting input from this <br />Council on their concerns - either with support or objections. Mr. <br />
