1 III..Municiibal fines for the month of January was $594.17. 77 February 27, 1978 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 8:00 P.M., Feb- ruary 27, 1978 by Mayor Karth. Members present; Kulaszewicz, McLean, Schneider, Zelinka. Absent: None. Mr. Locher and Mr. Gotwald were also present. The minutes of February 13, 1978 were corrected as follows: ..page two, paragraph six, third sentence should read, the last sentence should read, "The Clerk was instructed to publish the required notice and the required budget information in the Forest Lake Times." ..Page five, 1st paragraph, delete the last sentence; ..Page five, third paragraph, delete the last sentence; ..Page five, tenth paragraph, add "or the MarDon plat" at the end of the first sentence. The matter of the hours set for animal control was discussed. Mr. Schneider had understood this had been voted on at the last meeting but there is nothing in the minutes. Mr. McLean moved to set the hours for patroling at three (3) hours per week. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of February 23, 1978 as presented. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried unanimously. The Clerk presented the following items for Council consideration: ..All members have a copy of the letter forwarded to the Anoka County Health Department in conjunction with the Jonathan Home for Boys. Mr. Mobley is attending that meeting this evening. ..A notice from the Metropolitan Council announcing the receipt of an application for federal funds for the upgrading of Anoka County Airport. No action was tanken on this matter. ..A copy of a subdivision feasibility analysis application for a development to known as Evergreen Shores, in Shoreview had been received. The matter was discussed briefly with no action. ..The check for $50,000.00 submitted to the Auditor to clear assessments on Lakes Addition #2 and #3, per Drovers State Bank. ..Notice of the rating the application for bikeway construction had received. There will be more on this later. ..A hearing on the proposed chemical waste landfill facility will be held at Rosemount Sr. High School on March 6, 1978 at 7:30 P.M. Mr. Schneider noted the square mileage of the City covered by each fire department was to be computed by the Clerk for this meeting. The Clerk said she had not completed the comp- utations as yet.
