1 <br />III..Municiibal fines for the month of January was $594.17. <br />77 <br />February 27, 1978 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 8:00 P.M., Feb- <br />ruary 27, 1978 by Mayor Karth. Members present; Kulaszewicz, McLean, Schneider, Zelinka. <br />Absent: None. Mr. Locher and Mr. Gotwald were also present. <br />The minutes of February 13, 1978 were corrected as follows: <br />..page two, paragraph six, third sentence should read, the last sentence should read, <br />"The Clerk was instructed to publish the required notice and the required budget information <br />in the Forest Lake Times." <br />..Page five, 1st paragraph, delete the last sentence; <br />..Page five, third paragraph, delete the last sentence; <br />..Page five, tenth paragraph, add "or the MarDon plat" at the end of the first sentence. <br />The matter of the hours set for animal control was discussed. Mr. Schneider had understood <br />this had been voted on at the last meeting but there is nothing in the minutes. Mr. McLean <br />moved to set the hours for patroling at three (3) hours per week. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of February 23, 1978 as presented. Seconded by <br />Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Clerk presented the following items for Council consideration: <br />..All members have a copy of the letter forwarded to the Anoka County Health Department <br />in conjunction with the Jonathan Home for Boys. Mr. Mobley is attending that meeting <br />this evening. <br />..A notice from the Metropolitan Council announcing the receipt of an application for <br />federal funds for the upgrading of Anoka County Airport. No action was tanken on this <br />matter. <br />..A copy of a subdivision feasibility analysis application for a development to known as <br />Evergreen Shores, in Shoreview had been received. The matter was discussed briefly with <br />no action. <br />..The check for $50,000.00 submitted to the Auditor to clear assessments on Lakes Addition <br />#2 and #3, per Drovers State Bank. <br />..Notice of the rating the application for bikeway construction had received. There will <br />be more on this later. <br />..A hearing on the proposed chemical waste landfill facility will be held at Rosemount <br />Sr. High School on March 6, 1978 at 7:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Schneider noted the square mileage of the City covered by each fire department was to <br />be computed by the Clerk for this meeting. The Clerk said she had not completed the comp- <br />utations as yet. <br />
