Sarner <br />City Clerk - Treasurer, <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />June 11, 1979 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 8:oo P.M., <br />June 11, 1979, by MayorKarth. Council members present; McLean, Schneider, Zelinka. <br />Absent; Kulaszewicz. Mr. Locher was also present. <br />On considering the minutes gf the Board of Review meeting held on May 9 , 1979 it <br />was discovered that Mr. McLean had not been included in the 'members present'. Mr. <br />Schneider mo ed to approve the minutes as presented, with Mr. McLean to be included <br />as being present, and w$th the Clerk to confirm the plats and parcel numbers that action <br />was takennolace on with Mrs. Roisum. Seconded by Mr_..McLean. Motion was declared <br />passed with Mr. Zelinka abstaining. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of May 29, 1979 as presented. Seconded by Mr. <br />Schneider. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of May 31, 1979 as pre- <br />sented. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion declared passed. <br />The Clerk presented the following items for Council consideration: <br />.. Mr. Gotwald had forwarded a feasibility study for the improvement 6f Andall Street. <br />He had found some problems in the lot lines when comparing the half section map with <br />the aerial. Mr. McLean moved to ask:;the applicants to present a survey on all pro- <br />perty and define the setbacks and roadhwidths. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion de- <br />clared passed. This will be handled by Mr. Gotwald and Mr. Locher. <br />.. Mr. Gotwald had also prepared a feasibility study for the completion of Deer Pass <br />Trail. This cost should be allocated on a fromt foetage basis to each of the pro <br />perty owners and brougftrt back to the next Council meeting. <br />.. Northwestern Bell had presented plans for the installation of buried cable on Wood <br />Duck Trail and Blue Bill Land. Mr. Gotwald had checked and approved these plans. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve this application. Seconded by Mr. Zleinka. Motion de- <br />clared passed. <br />..Northwestern Bell had applied for the installation of a buried cable on Marth, Leo- <br />nard adn Jon Streets in Sunset Oaks. Mr. Gotwlad had checked and approved with the <br />stipu.lttion that newly surfaced streets will not be cut - all installation must be <br />pushed through. Mr. Zelinka moved to approve this application with the above stip- <br />ulations. Seoonded by Mr. MazLean. Motion declared passed. <br />.. Northwestern Betl'had presented plans'for the installation of buried cable on Ware <br />Road and Arrowhead Drive in Shenandoah. Mr. Gotwald had checked and recommended ap- <br />proval of this. Mr. Schneider so moved. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed. <br />.. Mr. McLean moved to authorise the Clerk to apply for reimbursement for the attend - <br />ance of Clifford Ross, Jr. in BCA. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed. <br />.. A copy of a permit approved by the DNR for the expanding of a ponding area on Bald <br />Eagle Lake was discussed. Since this affects Hugo, the Clerk was instructed to send a <br />copy of this permit to Hugo. <br />..The specida meeting scheduled for June 13th with the City of Shoreview had been can - <br />celled. A Latterdate will be set. <br />
