Mr. Marier asked the Clerk to have Mr. Gotwald also give us his percentage figure on what he will be spending on the construction projects under the bond issue. Mr. Cardinal moved to adjourn at 12:35 A.M. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Aye. Minutes approved at the meeting of June 12, 197 (— ee2GC- le rk- Treasurer 6/6/72 A special meeting of the Lino Lakes Council was called to order at 7 :42 P.M. on June 6, 1972, by Mayor Bohjanen. Trustees present were Cardinal and Marier. Absent was Trustee Jaworski, who arrived later. Clerk- Treasurer took notes. Mr. Bohjanen noted that the meeting had been called, as suggested at the last regular meeting, to consider the off sale liquor application of Mrs. Ruty Freeman, whose bonds had arrived. Also, several other items had come up since then which needed immediate attention which were listed on the notice sent to members. Mrs. Freeman's applications, bonds and insurance policy were discussed. Mr. Marier noted that the insurance policy contained no rider stating that the company would give 10 days written notice in case of cancellation. Mr. Marier moved that Mrs. Freeman submit an attached rider to the insurance policy by the June 12th Council Meeting containing the cancellation clause according to the Ordinances. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. Mr. Bohjanen stated that an on sale liquor application had arrived a few days after the May 22nd meeting from Chomonix Country Club, Inc. to renew their current license. It was noted that a Mr. Brand of the company was the resident on the premises. Mr. Marier stated that the application calls for Chomonix Country Club, but no Mr. Brand is mentioned in the bond; Emil Jandric is the man bonded for the license. Mr. Brand has no signature on the application or the bond. Mr. Marier moved that the application for Chomonix Country Club, Inc. for an on sale liquor I i cense is out of order, and that it should be in the name of Robert S. Brand. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. Mr. Marier moved that the Clerk send a copy of the liquor ordinances to U. S. Lakes Development Co. along with a letter stating that the application for an on sale liquor license be made by the resident of the village, Mr. Brand. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. Mr. Bohjanen noted that a Mrs. Ramona Lundin had taken over the Fifth Wheel Cafe and renamed it to Tandem Truck Stop. Mr. Marier moved to grant a cigarette license to Mrs. Ramona Lundin for the rest of the year. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. Mr. Bohjanen stated that the Civil Defense had made a mistake in the Council meeting dates, thinking that the regular Meeting fell on June 5th, and therefore had not submitted a request for a 3.2 beer permit for their June Ilth Auction in time. Mr. Cardinal moved to adopt Resolution No. 14 granting a 3.2 beer permit to the Civil Defense Auxiliary for their Auction on June 11, 1972 from 12 noon until midnight. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen, Motion carried with Mr. Marier abstaining. Clerk asked if the CD had their insurance policy for the permit. Mr. Bohjanen thought they had and said he would check with Mr. Cape tomorrow.
