Beecher 182.25 <br />1079 Keith Beecher 60.75 <br />Minutes approved at the meeting of March 9, 1970 <br />_-....:.�'1 <br />Cler - Treasurer <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on March 9, 1970, was called <br />to order at 8:04 p.m. by Mayor L'Allier with all members present. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to accept the minutes of the February 23, 1970 meeting as written. <br />Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried unanimously. <br />The Clerk reported that the lease agreement with the St. Paul Water Department had <br />been received. This was passed around for inspection. She also stated that a bill <br />for $1.00 had been received from them and that the check was written. <br />The money from the sale of the municipal building bonds had been received by Centennial <br />State Bank on March 5th in the amount of $98,114.66. Nearly all the money will be <br />invested in treasury bills, some in 90 -day and some in 180 -day notes. About $2,000 <br />is being reserved to pay the Springsted bill and the landscaping bill. <br />The Clerk read the fund balances as follows: <br />FUND BALANCES - February 28, 1970 <br />General °$ - 4,083.97 <br />Parks 234.90 <br />Roads 3,556.42 <br />Fire Protection 943.40 <br />Civil Defense 424.53 <br />Debt Redemption Fund. 6,917.13 <br />Total 7,992.41 <br />A letter from Mr. Reidenberg, Attorney, concerning the bids by Lexington on the <br />Municipal Court property was passed around. There were no objections to the bids. <br />
