Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Rosengren moved to approve the cigarette license application for Sandra LeTendre, <br />d/b /a Louie's Cafe. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried unanimously. <br />The Clerk reported that our March allotment in the amount of $5,158.37 had been received; <br />also that $32.50 had been received from Municipal Court. A letter from the Twin Cities <br />Area Metropolitan Transit Commission stated that the scheduled April 15th breakfast <br />meeting with Anoka County municipal officials would be held at 8:00 a.m. at Howard <br />Johnson's Restaurant on Central Avenue. Another letter had been received from Attorney <br />Reidenberg concerning the bids by Lexington on the Municipal Court property. He stated <br />that he would have an accounting of the entire proceedings shortly. <br />A letter from the Fire Underwriters Inspection Bureau was read stating that they would <br />be inspecting both the Centerville and Lexington Fire Departments and hold further dis- <br />cussion with us. The Clerk was asked to send copies of the letter to the two fire <br />departments. <br />Mr. Locher had sent a copy of the approving legal opinion from Nir. Charles B. Howard <br />on the $100,000 municipal bond sale and had enclosed statements from lair. Howard and <br />IIIhimself on the bond. <br />A statement had been received from Mr. Van Housen, Planner, and copies of same had been <br />mailed to Council members. However, an itemized breakdown of the statement had been <br />
