All <br />members were present. <br />Mr. L'Allier announced that the Board of Review meeting would be on June 25, <br />1968 at 7:30 P.M. <br />Topography maps of the proposed Rondeau Lake Addition were produced for the Council's <br />perusal. After some discussion Mr. Cardinal moved that the Building Inspector <br />be authorized to issue building permits for the lots in Rondeau Lake Addition <br />as shown on the maps submitted by Mr. Ken Rehbein. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. <br />Carried unanimously. <br />The Rogallas were present to ask for a special use permit for their new trailer <br />which had been moved in two weeks earlier on a 90-day special permit issued by <br />the Building Inspector. W. Cardinal made a motion that Lino Lakes issue a special <br />use permit to Rudolph H. and Alice S. Rogalla to place, maintain, and occupy e <br />mobile home as a residence for the rest of their lives, with the stipulation that <br />the permit is not transferrable to any other party or parties and that upon the <br />termination of this permit a 30-day notice of cancellation shall be given to Ralf <br />Rogalla immediately thereafter, to be located upon the property described as: <br />That part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 34, Township 31, Range <br />22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the NE <br />corner of said SE 1/4 of SW 1/4; thence West 36 rods; thence South 53 2/3 <br />rods; thence East 36 rods; thence North 53 2/3 rods to place of beginning; <br />except the North 582 feet of the East 218 feet thereof. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried unanimously. W. Bohjanen reiterated <br />that this was not usual policy but a variance for a hardship case in which the <br />home of an elderly couple had burned. <br />Mrs. Mary Howard of Capitol Trailer Company and W. Ward were present to ask for <br />a hearing to rezone property adjoining the Baldwin Lake Trailer Court and also <br />for a special use permit to operate the Trailer Court. W. Bohjanen moved that <br />notice be given that a hearing for a special use permit for the Baldwin Lake Trailer <br />Court be held before the P&Z on May 15, and that a hearing for the reaming <br />
