Mr. <br />JaWorski moved to accept the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. <br />A copy of the letter from the State Highway Department to the Anoka County Highway <br />Department regarding the turnback of Old Highway 8 to the County was passed around. <br />The Clerk read a letter from the Centerville Council requesting a meeting with Lino <br />Lakes regarding the drawing up of a new fire contract. Mr. Bob Lamotte, former <br />fire chief for Centerville, was present and mentioned that the new contract probably <br />would be based on a proreted per capita basis. The date of April 3 at 8 p.m. was <br />set for a get-together with Centerville on this. The Cerk will contact the Cen- <br />terville Clerk to see if the time is convenient. <br />Lino Lakes' claim for costs incurred at the Youth Center has become Senate File No. <br />1459. Forms were sent out to be completed. This will be done by the Clerk and <br />the Mayor. <br />A letter regarding courses for fire fighters will be sent to. Mr. Juleen. <br />The Civil Defense Auxiliary requested permission to purchase 10 ladies jackets <br />from Montgomery Wards at an approximate cost of $185.04 Mr. Bohjanen moved to <br />authorize the Auxiliary to purchase the jackets. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski, <br />Carried. <br />
