Also in attendance were several of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission as well as Mr. Gotwald, Engineer, and Mr. Donald Carley of Carley. Engrg. <br />Mr. Cardinal made a motion to waive the requirements of prior written notice for <br />the special meeting. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />The meeting was called for the purpose of hearing Supplement No. 2, Sanitary Sewer <br />Report for Lino Lakes, dated 1969, which conerns the trunk line to be run to <br />Centerville. <br />Mr. Don Carley presented the Supplement along with a large map showing in colors <br />the sewer lines which are proposed for the Village. This supplement deals mainly <br />with the line shown in green on the map, but estimates are also given for the blue <br />line coming from Lexington Ave. and County Rd. J. He stated that the 1963 report <br />had shown the general layout of sewerage area to be served. The 1967 Supplement <br />No. 1 had dealt with the lines shown in red and blue. The line now shown in green, <br />to run from Baldwin Lake (east side) to Centerville, is a main interceptor and <br />would pass the Jandric project. The Supplement No. 2 did not deal with financing <br />as this was covered in Number 1. <br />Mr. Carley read the conlcusions and recommendations listed in Supplement No. 2: <br />1) A Metropolitan Council has been formed which has the power of approval <br />over all such projects as described in this report. <br />
