Those absent were Mr. Cardinal and Mr . Rosengren. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to waive the requirement of prior written notice for the <br />special. meeting. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen Carried. Mr. Bohjanen inquired whether <br />this special meeting had been announced at the last regular council meeting and Mr. <br />L'Allier answered yes. <br />The meeting was called for the purpose of questioning Mr. Osmon Springsted on <br />matters relating to the bond market and the franchises which are now pending from <br />U.S. Lakes Development Company. <br />
