Lino Lakes will continue to develope <br />a code in accordance there with, but suitable to Village needs. All <br />voted in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, meeting be adjourned. <br />Glerk <br />2 ixpproved Fe ruary 11, 1963 <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on February 11, 1963 <br />Members present as follows; Mayor Kelling; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliatle, and <br />Speiser; Clerk Hauer. <br />The minutes of the preceding meeting were reed and on motion by Backlin, second <br />by Speiser, they be accepted as read. All voted in favor. Minutes of the Special <br />Meeting were read, and on motion by Speiser,second by Backlin, they be accepted. Carried <br />Motion by Kelling, second. by Heckenliable, the letter received from Al ' k 4 o ' <br />about the joint village park of Lino Lakes and Centerville be turned over to Mr. <br />heckenliable and the Planning and Zoning Commission. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Kelling, second. by Backlin, that attorney Babcock, will have several <br />copies of Ordinance #30 printed. They will be placed in the office of the Clerk <br />available to anyone who needs them. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, that dog license are available and a notice <br />should be published in the village newspaper. All voted in favor. <br />Mr. Speiser, reported that the skating rinks were flooded again, and the lights <br />were all okay. He suggested that insurance should be obtained for the park <br />building and that no more work will be done on it until the frost is out. He <br />also suggested that plans be made on opening bids for park work in the spring. <br />Attorney Babcock is to check on this. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, requested Council permission to attend the Third Annual State- <br />Wide Community Planning Conference held on March 11, 1963, and also to invite a <br />member of the Planning Board to accompany him. <br />
