Mary Rehbein appeared before council and indicated he did not wish to change his request on rezoning to a, special permit. Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, that the second draft of Subdivision Regulations for Development of District 1To. 2 be referred to the Attorney and En- gineer for their findings. All in favor. Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, Council accept second draft of Subdivision Regulations for Development District Yo.2.. Lino Lakes will continue to develope a code in accordance there with, but suitable to Village needs. All voted in favor. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, Council approves estimated cost budget for development of District 110.2. as presented by Planning and Zoning Board. All voted in favor. Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, meeting be adjourned. Glerk 2 ixpproved Fe ruary 11, 1963 Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on February 11, 1963 Members present as follows; Mayor Kelling; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliatle, and Speiser; Clerk Hauer. The minutes of the preceding meeting were reed and on motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, they be accepted as read. All voted in favor. Minutes of the Special Meeting were read, and on motion by Speiser,second by Backlin, they be accepted. Carried Motion by Kelling, second. by Heckenliable, the letter received from Al ' k 4 o ' about the joint village park of Lino Lakes and Centerville be turned over to Mr. heckenliable and the Planning and Zoning Commission. All voted in favor. Motion by Kelling, second. by Backlin, that attorney Babcock, will have several copies of Ordinance #30 printed. They will be placed in the office of the Clerk available to anyone who needs them. All voted in favor. Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, that dog license are available and a notice should be published in the village newspaper. All voted in favor. Mr. Speiser, reported that the skating rinks were flooded again, and the lights were all okay. He suggested that insurance should be obtained for the park building and that no more work will be done on it until the frost is out. He also suggested that plans be made on opening bids for park work in the spring. Attorney Babcock is to check on this. Mr. Heckenliable, requested Council permission to attend the Third Annual State- Wide Community Planning Conference held on March 11, 1963, and also to invite a member of the Planning Board to accompany him.
