100 <br />Mrs. Ross, Lino Store, asked about having a sign put up on the intersec- <br />tion of Highway 8 and Main Street, indicating directions and mileages to <br />Anoka, Centerville, Forest Lake etc. <br />Mr. Gottwald reported on his meeting with Mr. Sullivan, the Circle Pines <br />Engineer, on the oversizing of the sewer lines being laid. Following <br />discussion of the matter, Mr. Backlin moved, and Mr. Speiser seconded, <br />that the engineer continue with the study on this matter. On the vote, <br />Anderson no, Speiser, yes, Backlin yes, Zelinka yes, Domning yes. <br />A request by Kenneth Bryant for the Civil Defense to buy Caps was approved. <br />Mr. Domning moved, Mr. Anderson seconded, a resolution that we allow the <br />County to be our agent in the Disaster Relief Program. Bell Telephone 6.75 <br />251 - Hennepin Blacktopping, rd repair material 8.55 <br />252 - Dr. Gary Good, office call for 1963 for LeVesseur 15.60 <br />253 - Lino Store, gas and oil 62.49 <br />254 - Northern States Power 22.82 <br />255 - Northern States Power and 70.83 <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m. <br />// <br />Minut <br />s accer <br />June 14,1965, Clerk <br />Lino Lakes Council Meeting of June 14 was called to order at 8 :15 p.m. <br />All members present. <br />Minutes were presented, correction made on description of property <br />discussed with Mr. Burque from Centerville. Speiser moved, Anderson <br />seconded, that minutes be accepted as read and corrected. Motion carried. <br />Zelinka reported the books for 1964 had been turned over to the Auditor, <br />and the ordinance book was up to date and ready for printing. <br />Backlin informed Mr. Hammer of Oak Lane that a culvert would be put in <br />and his driveway repaired in the next week. <br />Domning reported that he and Mr. Backlin attended a meeting the previous III <br />week with Anoka and Washington County Engineers, and Mr. McCubrey of <br />the Minnesota Highway Dept, concerning a by -pass on Main Street. Final <br />conclusion of this meeting. appeared to be that if the weather held good <br />the State would be able to complete a bridge at the proposed crossing of <br />County Road 14 and 35E and a temporary crossing connected to provide a <br />by -pass. <br />
