Mr. Burque asked about the cleaning of culverts under village <br />roads, and after discussion, it was suggested that our engineer meet with <br />Mr. Lundheim, the county Engineer, to check out the situation. Mr. Gott- <br />wald will report back at the next meeting. <br />A question was asked from the audience about 64th street, and Mr. Backlin <br />replied that as soon as the highline is moved, the gravelling there would <br />be completed. <br />Minutes were read, and on motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, were ac- <br />cepted. <br />Treasurer's report was read. <br />Mr. Backlin asked our attorney to check into the confusion existing on <br />77th street, concerning right of way. Mr. Arnold Thies claims right of <br />way and Roy Houle had a different understanding. Mr. Locher is to check <br />with William Fleming, an attorney in White Bear. <br />Mr. Backlin motioned. to have. our engineer check out the drainage project <br />1 <br />
