All members present except Howard Speiser. <br />Minutes of the previous meeting were read and corrected. Ross moved we <br />accept as corrected, second by Backlin, motion carried. <br />Mr. Domning read a letter of resignation from Mr. Speiser, and moved we <br />accept, with regrets, the resignation. Second by Zelinka, motion carried. <br />Domning gave the procedure to be followed in the filling of a vacancy on <br />the Council, and asked if anyone present at the meeting was interested, to <br />so indicate. A petition was presented from the floor by Bill Bohjanen <br />in support of Ralph L'Allier as Trustee. Mr. Domning moved we accept <br />this nomination, second by Ross, motion carried unanimously. <br />A letter was read from Northern States Agency, Inc., stating they were <br />dropping the bond on the Nathe Bros., as of June 1. The letter was turned <br />over to the attorney for investigation. <br />Treasurer's report was read. <br />Backlin moved we turnthe matter of bids on gravel over to the Engineer's <br />office, and that we open the bids as of June 13th. Second by Domning, <br />motion carried. <br />
