All members present. <br />Minutes were read, and on motion by Backlin, second by Ross, accepted. <br />Minutes of the meeting on July 18 on the opening of the Seal bids were <br />read, moved by Ross, second by Backlin, minutes be accepted as read. <br />Letter from AT&T was read and discussed. Backlin moved to have the Clerk <br />call to get a more detailed description of the property and to have a rep- <br />resentative at the next meeting to answer questions on the proposed test <br />site.
