207 <br />Regular meeting of the Village of Lino Lakes was called to order with all members <br />present at 8 :00 PM, March 27, 1967. <br />Minutes of the March 13, 1967 meeting were read. Motion made by Mr. Bohjanen to <br />approve minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. L'Allier. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Minutes of the Review Board were read by Village Clerk. Review Board recommended <br />that in the future they be given more time to condider applicants. <br />Mr. Bohjanen made a motion to appoint June <br />Mr. Cardinal. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Motion made by Mr. L'Allier to appoint Mr. <br />Constable. Mr. Ross stated that it should <br />must comply with conditions stated in Ord. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Emerton as Deputy Clerk. Seconded by <br />Marvin Bruce Myhre as Assistant to the <br />be understood that all appointments <br />No. 43. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. <br />Mr. Bohjanen made a motion that in the future when a position in the Village is <br />open that the Review Board be given extra time to enable them to interview candi- <br />dates. Seconded by Mr. Ross. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Letter from Mr. Rehbein read regarding his bid for Village road work with his <br />grader. Mr. L'Allier made a motion that this letter be filed at this time and <br />taken into account at the end of 1967, when contracts are acted upon. Seconded <br />by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. L'Allier stated he was out of town and missed the County meeting. Mr. L'Allier <br />made a motion that Mr. Cardinal be designated as alternate to attend the County <br />meetings. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bohjanen reported on his meeting with the County Planning Committee, and <br />passed out his rough copy of the Village Information Guide. <br />Mr. Rosengren stated his department will be posting some roads at 5 tons and some <br />at 3 tons, and will go over with Mr. Gotwald if agreeable with Council. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that Mr. Rosengren be given authority to post road <br />limits as he and Mr. Gotwald see fit. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Rosengren asked for an additional tractor for cutting of grass and road work. <br />Mr. Ross stated that Mr. Houle could get an additional tractor and man for $5.00 <br />per hour. Mr. Ross stated Mr. Houle would continue the job of weed inspector this <br />year; however, Mr. Houle felt he probably would not take the job after 1967. <br />Mr. Rosengren asked Mr. Locher if a Village can own cemetery ground and a dump. <br />Mr. Locher said they could hold cemetery grounds but at the meeting could find <br />nothing about dumps. Mr. Locher stated dumps are being investigated by the State <br />Water Pollution Control Board and their rules are strict. He advised that if we <br />secured land for a dump, Lino Lakes should check with this board. Mr. Ross <br />turned this matter over to Mr. Cardinal and the P&Z Commission. <br />Mr. Rosengren reported on the Forest Lake School Board meeting. Mr. Ross and Mr. <br />Bohjanen also attended. Mr. Rosengren stated no value was set on this land by <br />the School Board. <br />Minutes of the P&Z Commission were read pertaining to the AT &T Tower. Mr. Ross <br />asked Mr. Locher to read letter renaming the tower from Centerville Relay Tower <br />to Lino Lakes Relay Tower. Mr. Edward F. Barnicle, Jr., Area Attorney of AT&T <br />
