ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 11, 2010 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson, Todd Hubmer of WSB & Associates, and Police Chief <br />John Ohl. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF MAY 11, 2010 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of May 11, 2010. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Berger Transfer and Storage Proclamation. <br />Mayor Faust welcomed Mr. John Miller and Mr. Bill Dirks of Berger Transfer and Storage Inc. <br />Mr. Bill Dirks, President of Berger Transfer and Storage Inc., thanked the City, stating that this <br />has been a true partnership for many years. He stated the company has always tried to support <br />the surrounding communities and will continue to do so. Mr. Dirks invited the public to attend <br />the upcoming open house scheduled for Thursday, May 13, 2010, 11 a.m. — 3 p.m. <br />Mayor Faust presented Mr. Dirks with a proclamation recognizing the 100`h anniversary of <br />Berger Transfer and Storage Inc. and the 50 years of the company's presence in St. Anthony, <br />Minnesota, and proclaiming May 13, 2010 as Berger Transfer Day in the City of St. Anthony <br />Village. <br />B. Graduation of the 2010 Citizen's Academy. John Ohl, Police Chief. <br />
