Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a <br />Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />A. Approval of August 26, 2014, City Council meeting minutes. (pp. 1-6) <br />B. Licenses and Permits. (pp. 7-8) <br />C. Claims. (pp. 9-12) <br />D. Approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of St. Anthony Village and St. Anthony <br />New Brighton School District #282 for election services for their Special Election which will be held in <br />Conjunction with the 2014 General Election. (pp. 13-16) <br />IV. Public Hearing. <br />A. Resolution 14-057; Setting the 2015 Proposed Tax Levy and General Operating Budget for the City of St. <br />Anthony Village. (pp. 17-32) <br />B. Resolution 14-058; a resolution Approving the Agreement for Residential Solid Waste and Recycling <br />Collection Services in Saint Anthony Village between the City and the Consortium of Republic Services, <br />Walters Recycling and Refuse, and Waste Management and Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to <br />Execute Said Agreement. Resolution 14-059; a resolution for the 2015 Street and Utility Project Receiving Feasibility Report, Order <br />Plans and Specifications. Resolution 14-060; a resolution Ordering Improvements and Awarding a Bid for the 2014 Municipal Fiber <br />Optic Installation Project. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the <br />podium, sign their name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk’s record, and limit their <br />remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer <br />the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br />IX.
