ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 24, 2015 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Brever, Gray, Jenson and Stille <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey and Police Sgt. Jeff Spiess <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 24, 2015, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of November 24 2015 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Presentation of 2015 Fire Prevention Poster Winners resented by the St. Anthony Fire <br />Department <br />Chief Mark Sitarz and Captain Chris Fuller presented the 2015 Fire Prevention Poster Winners. <br />The contest has been going on for over 20 years. There were a couple hundred submissions for <br />the contest. The theme was "Hear the Beep — Where you Sleep ". The winners were: <br />4`h Place — Nevin Nguyen — 4c' Grade Wilshire Park <br />3rd Place — Violet Urdahl — 5a` Grade Wilshire Park <br />2 "d Place — Aislyn Saravia — 5`" Grade Wilshire Park <br />1 sr Place — Alayna Peterson — 5"' Grade Wilshire Park <br />Photographs were taken of all winners with Mayor Faust. <br />Mayor Faust stated he is grateful for the young children growing up in the community.
