ANTHONY <br />HRA REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 12, 2012 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 9:30 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Jenson, Stille, and Roth. <br />Commissioners absent: None. <br />Also Present: Executive Director Mark Casey and City Attorney Jay Lindgren. <br />APPROVAL OF JUNE 12, 2012, HRA MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Roth, to approve the June 12, <br />2012, Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />H. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, which consisted of- <br />A. <br />f <br />A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of May 8, 2012; and <br />B. Claims. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />A. Resolution 12-05; Relating to a Purchase and Sale Agreement for Real Property by and <br />among the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Anthony. <br />Minnesota, and St. Anthony Leased Housing Associates 11, Limited Partnership (The <br />"Developer"). Jay Lindgren, Dorsey & Whitney, presenting. <br />Chair Faust opened the public hearing at 9:31 p.m. <br />City Attorney Lindgren explained a public hearing has been properly called and is required for <br />the sale of HRA -owned property under the terms of a Development Agreement that was <br />considered earlier this evening by the City Council. He noted the terms of the Purchase <br />Agreement require the payment of earnest money in the amount of $25,000, paid $12,500 upon <br />signing of the Purchase Agreement and HRA approval and $12,500 on July I51 which is the <br />inspection period. He indicated the earnest money is non-refundable upon expiration of their <br />financing period on December 31, 2012 and this date links to the March 1, 2013, closing date. <br />He added Dominium will assume payment of the outstanding special assessments on the <br />property in the amount of approximately $98,000. <br />
