Resolution 15 -029; a resolution to recognize the 30`h Anniversary of the Sister City Relationship between <br />Salo Finland and St. Anthony Village, Minnesota. (pp. 1 -2) <br />III. Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a <br />Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. <br />A. Resolution 15 -031; a resolution approving a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of New Brighton for <br />Building Inspection Services. Mark Casey, City Manager will be presenting. Reports from City Manager and Council members. <br />VIII. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the <br />podium, sign their name and address on the farm at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their <br />remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer <br />the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br />IX.
