CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:30 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Faust and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 22,1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the October 22, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />16 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 8, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the October 8, 1996 HRA minutes as <br />• presented. <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />22 A. American Enpineerine Testing in the amount of $996.60 for project testing <br />23 services rendered from August 16, 1996 to September 15, 1996 for City <br />24 Hall/Community Center. <br />25 B. Gratis Construction in the amount of $343,422.50 for Pay Application No. 9 City <br />26 Hall/Community Center. <br />27 <br />28 Motion carried unanimously. <br />29 VI. HRA RESOLUTION 1996-009 - CONSIDERATION OF BIDS FOR VOICE AND <br />30 DATA WIRING; TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT. <br />31 Morrison reported the City received four to five bids for the voice and data wiring for the <br />32 City Halt/Community Center. The two lowest bids were received from ESI <br />33 Communications and Matrix Communications. Matrix Communications bid was lower <br />34 but after further inspection it was determined that they did not meet the specifications of <br />athe City. <br />
