CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. <br />6 if. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Faust and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 12, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the November 12, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously, <br />16 1V. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 22, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the October 22, 1996 HRA minutes as <br />18 presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />20 <br />V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 <br />Motion <br />by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />22 <br />A. <br />Korsunsky Krank Erickson Architects in the amount of $3,643.06 for structural <br />23 <br />consultant services rendered through September 27, 1996 for OPUS/Silver Lake <br />24 <br />Center SAV Liquor. <br />25 <br />B. <br />Korunsky Krank Erickson Architects in the amount of $1,213.79 for professional <br />26 <br />services rendered through September 27, 1996 for OPUS/Silver Lake Center <br />27 <br />Liquor Store. <br />28 <br />C. <br />EIS Communications, Inc. In the amount of $10,999.20 for down payment on <br />29 <br />phone system for new City Hall/Community Center. <br />30 <br />D. <br />Central Investment Corporation in the amount of $12,500.00 for Nedegaard <br />31 <br />Construction Company, occupancy of 3403 Fordham Court (Lot 11, Block 1, The <br />32 <br />Village Commons). <br />33 <br />E. <br />Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $2,880.18 for legal services rendered through <br />34 <br />September 30, 1996 for City Liquor Store. <br />35 <br />F. <br />Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $497.78 for legal services rendered through <br />36 <br />September 30, 1996 for HRA acquisition of residential property for <br />4F <br />redevelopment. <br />38 <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />
