ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />February 12, 2008 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Council members Roth, Stille, and Thuesen <br />Absent: Councilmember Gray <br />Also Present: City Manager Mike Momson <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS: <br />I. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 12, 2008 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br />Mayor Faust added Item VI. D, Resolution 08 -017; Approving a Request for Comprehensive <br />Road and Transit Funding. <br />Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of February 12, 2008 as amended. <br />Motion carried unanimously (4/0) <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Swearing in of Police Officer Elliott Erdman <br />Police Chief Ohl introduced Officer Elliott Erdman as the newest member of the St. Anthony <br />Police Department. He stated that Officer Erdman had been a reserve officer for the City of St. <br />Anthony for three years. <br />Mayor Faust and Police Chief Ohl conducted the swearing in of Police Officer Erdman. <br />B. Recognition of Reserve Officers <br />Police Chief Ohl recognized Reserve Officers Kyle Rushton, Carolyn Quick, and Chase Yadeau <br />contributing over 300 hours of volunteer service to the community within the year. <br />
