MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 8, 1978 <br />Page 2 <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilperson Brown <br />to approve the Consent Agenda as follows: <br />1. Fire & Rescue Reports 003 through 016 <br />2. Building Inspectors Report - January 1978 <br />3. Liquor Disbursements in the amount of $10,267.11 <br />4. General Disbursements in the amount of $5,437.94 <br />5. General Payroll in the amount of $4,178.41 <br />6. Liquor Payroll in the amount of $2,149.06 <br />7. Licenses <br />GENERAL CORPORATE LICENSE <br />FILLING STATION <br />Falcon "76" #443 <br />1525 W. Larpenteur <br />Falcon Heights, Mn <br />Owners: <br />Neil Maday <br />Gary Ostergren <br />(license transfer) <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Acting <br />Mayor Black, Councilmembers McGough, Steele and Brown the <br />following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Mayor <br />Warkentien absent. <br />Acting Mayor Black moved, seconded by Councilman Steele <br />to approve the minutes of Jan. 25, 1978 as amended and <br />corrected. Upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />"aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmembers McGough, Steele, <br />and Brown the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Warkentien absent. <br />1 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />MINUTES OF <br />JAN. 25, 1978 <br />Attorney Kenefick submitted the proposed amendment to <br />Ordinance 64. Attorney Kenefick advised council if this <br />ordinance is adopted, Ordinance 118 is repealed. Ord. 159 <br />if adopted would permit front yard parking from Nov. 15 <br />to Apr. 1, passenger vehicles are defined as 2 or 4 door <br />sedans and vans, registered in the name of the owner or <br />resident with a single driveway and must be parallel to <br />the driveway, uniform side and width not to exceed 8 feet <br />and up to 3 vehicles on the unsurfaced area in the back <br />yard. Pickups, campers, etc. are excluded. Councilman <br />Steele moved, seconded by Acting Mayor Black to approve <br />Ordinance 159 as submitted and authorize the Clerk <br />Administrator to publish same. Upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted "aye": Acting Mayor Black, Council- <br />members McGough, Steele and Brown the following voted "nay": <br />None. Motion carried.
