Apparently this USE OF BALL <br />type of reservation is to be made through Community Services. and/or• FIELDS AT <br />Roseville Recreation Department. ELEMENTARY SCHOC <br />Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown that MAYOR AND <br />Mayor Warkentien and Councilmember Brown, Liaison 1~Iember to the COiJNCILMEMBER <br />Recreation Advisory Committee, meet with Representative Mike Fritz BROWN TO MEET <br />and Representative John Rose of Roseville to discuss the matter' WITH REPS. <br />regarding the use of the ballfields and get further informat~.QZ~ on FRSTZ & ROSE <br />the recreation matter. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Warkentien informed Council that a $10.00 donation for trees ALFRED NELSON <br />had-:been received from Alfred Nelson, 1836 Tatum. Councilmember ' 183b TATUM <br />Steele moved, seconded by C.ouncilmember Black, that the $10.00 TREE DONATION <br />check from Alfred Nelson be designated as a donation to the Park <br />ar~d Playground Development Fund. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Engineer Lemberg read to Council the letter he. had draf ted to be .~ <br />sent to the University of Minnesota regarding drainage of the Hewlett <br />Packard property.` <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, to approve LETTER TO U OF <br />the letter to be signed by Mayor Warkentien and Clerk Administrator' M. REGARDING <br />Barnes and forwarded to the University of Minnesota. Motion harried DRAINAGE <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Warkentien presented the List of Volunteer Firemen to be FOUR FIREMEN <br />approved for appointment as follows: APPOINTED <br />Brad T. Jacobson, 163l~ Snelling Dr. <br />R~.chard A. Schaef er, 195. Malvern <br />Gerald McNabb, 1369 Idaho <br />• James V.
