A]_so presented was a variance and conditional use request from Stevan VARIANCE AND A. The agreement was designed WILLKOM to stipulate conditions under which T~[r. b]illkom would work, should he return RETIREc2ENT to work on a part time basis. Attorney Kenefick informed that Mr.GJillkom DISCUSSION had been advised by himself and Mayor ~tiarkentien that he must not work the month of July, 1979 and is to be in the Liquor Store only as a customer or visitor during that period. Councilmember Stone stated he felt employing 1Kr. Tdilllcom as a consultant would be the best way to handle the situation. Councilmember Steele agreed
