a-5- <br />• <br />Senate File 129, relating to "On-Sale T~.Tine Licenses for Restaurants." <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted to favor passage of the <br />bill: Mayor ~rTarkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and <br />Labalestra, and ',.he following voted to oppose passage of the same: <br />None. <br />Mayor Warl~entien introduced the following Resolution, and moved its adoption: <br />House File 338, relating to "Liquor Price Advertising." Upon <br />a vote tieing taken, the following voted to oppose passage: <br />Mayor T^'arkentien, Councilmen Slack and Labalestra, and Council- <br />men Steele and Ecklund voted not to oppose passage of the bill. <br />The Council requested Clerk-Administrator Barnes to inform the four local <br />senators and representatives of the roll call by letter. <br />Vincent Nelson's sewer repair at 1358 UTest Iowa was discussed by the Council. <br />Clerk Administr~or Barnes presented the discussion, as well as photographs <br />of the damaged sewer lines. The Council proceeded to discuss policy on <br />matters of this type. Councilman R1.ac'~ moved, seconded by Councilmar. <br />Labalestra, to have Falcon Heights pa~ 89.31 of the total repair biy.1 of <br />$622.50 to Maplewood Sewer and ?^Tater. Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and <br />Labalestra, and the following voted "nay'': None. Councilman Ecklund abstained.
