Councilman Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, that this matter be DISCUSSION ON

<br />Warner's Stellian could be present. Upon a vote being taken, the SIGN REQUIRE-

<br />of commercial sign requirements regarding the Zoning Ordinance, and arty
<br />proposed changes or recommendations first be submitted to the Business
<br />men's Association and then to the Planning Commission. Upon a vote being

<br />Re-roofing quotes for the City Ha11 were discussed, and the Council directed HALL
<br />Clerk-Admir~i.strator Barnes to contact : E. R. Berwald for additional quotes for
<br />roof installation, and that all bids be read for the next Council meeting.

<br />A discussion was held relative to joining the Association of Metropolitan ASSOCAITION OF
<br />Municipalities~.at a f ee of $695.00. The Council requested that Clerk- METROPOLITAN
<br />Administrator Barnes have copies of the application mailed to each Councilman, MUNICIPALI-

<br />minutes of July 10, 1975 as corrected. Upon a vote being taken, the JULY 10, 1975

<br />A discussion was held relative to the proposed Food and Health Ordinance FOOD-HEALTH
<br />for Falcon Heights. Attorney Kenefick noted at the last meeting the Council ORDINANCE
<br />had requested him to draft a "short-form" ordinance. He then stated a
<br />resolution adopting the guidelines as stated would be sufficient, and
<br />that food establishments receiue a copy cif the resolution.
