<br />plying with the Planning Commission's recommendation. Upon a

<br />Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following
<br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried.

<br />Eden Prairie, Minnesota 5531-3• Upon a vote being taken,
<br />the following voted "aye": Mayer Warkentien, Councilmen
<br />Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted
<br />"nay": None. Motion carried.

<br />to approve Master Gas Installer's License #322, issued to

<br />8418 Center Drive, Minneapolis, Minnesota 5532, to expire
<br />June 30, 1976. Upon a vote being taken the following voted

<br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, ASSOCIATION
<br />to table the discussion to join the Association of Metropoli- OF METRO
<br />tan Municipalities until the September 11, 1975, meeting. It MUNICLPALITIES
<br />was requested that the Clerk Administrator acquire a list of
<br />those communities that have joined the association. Upon a
<br />vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien,

<br />The Recreation Advisory Committee minutes of August 7, 1975, RECREATION
<br />were noted.
<br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes presented for discussion the bird BIltD
<br />problemis existing on Albert Street between Larpenteur and PROBLEMS
<br />Garden Avenues. After hearing the report on how the City
<br />might alleviate the grackles (blackbirds) problem at this
<br />time, it was decided they would migrate very soon and that
