<br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Mayor Warkentien to NCR SERVICE
<br />authorize approval of the 197b NCR Maintenance-Service Agree- AGREEMENT FOR
<br />went for one cash register at the Municipal Liquor Store. Upon LIQUOR STORE
<br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien,
<br />Councilmen Black, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted
<br />nngyn; Councilman Ecklund. Motion carried.
<br />Discussion was held concerning snow shoveling at the fire station WEEKEND SNOW
<br />and City Hall parking lot on weekends. No action was taken. SHOVELING
<br />Fire Reports, Numbers 80 - 83, were noted.
<br />Mayor Warkentien noted he had signed a petition in favor of
<br />appointing a Study Commission to investigate reorganization
<br />of Ramsey County government.

<br />approve the General Payroll, November 16 - 30, 1975, in the NOVEt~ER 30,
<br />amount of $3,112.81. Upon a vote being taken, the following 1975
<br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund,
<br />Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Steele GENERAL PAYROLL
<br />to approve the General Payroll, December 1 - 15, 1975, in the DECEMBER 15,
<br />amount of $3,1.16.20. Upon a vote being taken, the following 1975
<br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund,
<br />Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None.
