Attorney Kenefick syggested the <br />license application be conditionally approved until Clerk-Administrate <br />for Barnes can ver3.fy that it is the same entity and get a reasonable <br />explaination for the disparity dust to make sure the insurance is in <br />the name of the actual applicant and it isn't some other entity they <br />are doing business-under. <br />Moved ~ Councilman Black, seconded b? Councilman Ecklund to approve <br />Tree Trimming License #358 for Green Leaf Tree Berries, Inc. on th e <br />condition that Clerk-Administrator Barnes verify the applicant and <br />the insured are one is the same organization. Upon a vote being taken <br />the follo~-ing voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund and Labaleatra, and the following voted "nays': None.
