This <br />is a budgeted item. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, APPLICATIONS - <br />to re.iect the application for volunteer fireman submitted VOL?TNTEER FIREMEN <br />by Jerry Fetsch, 1590 N. St. Albans, due to administrative ~rERRY FETSCH <br />policies. motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Black, TERRY IVERSON <br />to approve the application for a volunteer fireman sub- <br />mitted by Terry Iverson, 1815 Englewood Avenue, subject <br />to a physical azd six months probation. P7otion carried. <br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes reported that Mrs. Nancy GIRL'S SOFTBALL TEAMS <br />Radefeldt, 1803 N. Hamline Avenue, has offered to donate STJN~~tER RECREATION <br />her services to the Falcon heights summer recreation <br />program and coach girl's softball teams. <br />Engineer Lemberg presented his plans for the new Falcon FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Heights Community Park. He explained that he had drawn COMMiTI~IITY PARK <br />a total concert of the elan, and that the elan could <br />be broken down and constructed in phases if the Co~.zncil <br />so desired. Clerk-Administrator Barnes was directed <br />to contact the Regents of the ?Tniversity in order to set <br />up a meeting at which time the plans would be presented <br />to the Tlniversity. A report will be made at the meeting <br />of .Tune 1l~, 1973. <br />A variance for a 3.5 foot set back for a new home at VARIANCE - RESTTBATITTED <br />Sheldon and Roselawn was resubmitted to the Council by ROSELAWN ?~ SI-IELDON <br />Councilman Black. This variance had previously been <br />approved by the Council, but the owner of the property <br />feels that a set back such as this would not conform <br />with the appearance of the rest of the homes in the <br />area. <br />
