2688 <br /> 2. The conditional use permit is granted because <br /> of special or unique characteristics of said property, <br /> and the council hereby determines that the granting of <br /> the conditional use permit will not be detrimental to <br /> the health, safety or general welfare of the community, <br /> nor cause serious traffic congestion nor hazards, nor <br /> will seriously depreciate surrounding property values, <br />_ and that the granting of said conditional use permit is <br /> in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the <br /> ordinance and comprehensive plan of the village. <br /> 3. That the Village Clerk and Village Zoning <br /> Administrator are hereby empowered and authorized to <br /> issue said variance permits and conditional use permit. <br /> Upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor <br /> of sames Warkentien, Strandquist, Black, Ecklund and <br /> Stone and the following voted against same: None. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared. passed and adopted <br /> this 28th day of March, 1968. <br />Variance Application R• J. It was further moved that the builder <br /> submit further plans as specified in Village Ordinances. <br /> Ayes; All. Nays: None. Motion was carried. <br />Dry Cleaning Mr. S. B. Stock of White Drug Company, Jamestown, North <br />Establishment Dakota and Mr. George Keller, owner of property at 1l~07 <br />107 West Larpen- West Larpenteur Avenue. presented conditional use appli- <br />teur Avenue - cation to the council. <br />Conditional Use <br />Applications Black introduced the following resolution and moved. its <br /> adoption: <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Keller, the owner of the gas station <br /> property at 107 West Larpenteur Avenue currently leased <br /> to the She11 Oil Company, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, has <br /> made an application to the Village of Falcon Heights for <br />a conditional use permit to use said property presently <br /> zoned B2 for a dry-cleaning establishment pursuant to <br /> Ordinance No. 6~., Sec. 11.2 (subd. 12), and <br /> WHEREAS, the~Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br /> Heights has referred said request for conditional use <br />
