2689 permit to the Planning Commission of the Village of Falcon Heights, and said Planning Commission has approved said conditional use request by a report dated March 28, 1968, a copy of which report is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and made a part hereof by references NOVP, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of .the Village of Falcon Heights, 1. There are special or unique characteristics involved herein, and the ,granting of said conditional use permit will not be detrimental to the healthy safety, or general welfare of the community, nor will cause serious traffic congestion nor hazards, nor will seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and that the granting of said conditional use permit is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the ordinance and the comprehensive plan of said village. 2. Said conditional use permit is subject to the provisions of Fire Prevention Ordinance No. 61 of the Village of Falcon Heights, and observance of all pro- visions of said ordinance is imposed as a condition upon the granting of said conditional use permit. 3. Upon compliance witi~ the foregoing, the Village Clerk and Zoning Administrator are empowered to grant such conditional use permit. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Strandquist and-upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of same: Warkentien, Strandquist, Black, Ecklund and Stone and the following voted against. same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 28th day of March, 1968.
