Stone introduced.. the following resolution and moved its adoptions WHEREAS, the attorney for the Village of Falcon Heights has been consulted in the preparation of proposed Ordinance No. 83, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has held discussions to consider the adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 83, NOW, THEREFORE, 13E TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Falcon Heights that Ordinance No. 83 entitled "An Ordinance to Prevent, Reduce or Eliminate Blight,_Blighting Factors or Cause of Blight within the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesotas To Provide for the Enforcement Hereof: and to Provide Penalties for the violation Thereof' be adopted. _ Motion for passage of Ordinance 83-was duly seconded. by Ecklund.
